We’re off air – but still here for the summer

Wired FM goes off air each summer, but there is still a core staff here working on various projects during the summer.

If you would like to get in touch about projects inline with our ethos, the summer is a great time to do it. We’re in full on production/prep mode for the semester ahead.

You can contact the station directly on 061 315 773

You can email the manager Ray Burke –  manager@wiredfm.ie

Music should be sent to this address newmusic@wiredfm.ie. It’s also worth noting that we use Radiomonitor to monitor our music. It’s worthwhile sending music to them as well as other stations, it will guarantee it shows up on the Irish Student Radio Network Charts. Take a look also at www.yangaroomusic.ie, an easy way to deliver digital audio to Irish Media.

Music unaccompanied with a press release or less than a paragraph on the artist won’t be listened to. Please send Wav or MP3 files if you want us to consider playing your music. Please understand we get a lot of music sent to us, and there is not enough time to respond to everyone.

We will be back on air for one day soon, 22nd of June, National Community Radio Day.
