Irish language shows – Wired is always trying to improve the number of Irish speakers who broadcast on the station so if you have ‘cupla focal’, why not get involved. Email studio@wiredfm.ie

Community show – Wired Fm would like to hear from volunteer groups within the Limerick community to present shows on the station to inform listeners about themselves and their work within the community. If you think your group might like to take part, then email the station studio@wiredfm.ie

Continental airways – This show deals with travel to different parts of the world either for work or eduactional purposes. We are currently looking for people who have interesting stories to tell and about seeking work or studying abroad. Email studio@wiredfm.ie

In our first episode of the series we spoke with Patricia Casslery from MIC placement office about the off- campus programme offered to students studying for a BA in MIC as well Seona MacReamoinn from USIT who spoke to us about the services on offer with USIT for students travelling through the world. In the ‘User name’ box enter the domain name ‘Student’ followed by a back slash and your network logon username (your network logon username is your student ID number preceded by the letter M). I.E. if your network logon username is M1234567 then enter Student\M1234567 in the User name box. In the ‘Password’ box enter your network logon password i.e. the password that you use to logon to the computers in the MIC labs. Click ‘OK’ Click on ‘Placement’ to open the folder and any subfolders and files contained within it.
